§ About

Who we are.

A small studio of senior practitioners. We've shipped agentic systems and LLM integrations in production at scale — and now run our own workshop with the same standards.

Our story

Practitioners first.

Our core team led the design and delivery of agentic systems and LLM integrations in production inside a London-based enterprise AI company — the kind of work where "it worked once in a notebook" is the start of the problem, not the end of it.

Axonomic Labs is what we set up to do that work on our own terms, with the clients we want to do it with: mid-market and enterprise leaders rolling AI out at scale, and founders and product teams building AI-native products before they have a full team.

We work practitioner-to-practitioner. Strategy decisions you can defend in a board room; architecture decisions you can defend at code review; engagements that leave your team measurably better at this than when we started.

For the earlier "what should we even be building" question, we partner with the Automation & AI Consultancy — Clark Coleman's discovery practice. The Opportunity Assessment tier is deliberately tool-neutral: it recommends automation, LLMs, agents, or plain process redesign on the merits of each opportunity. Sometimes the honest recommendation is that AI isn't the right tool yet. When the roadmap does point at a build, we're the shop that picks it up.

Values

What we hold to.

Value 01

Honest about what's hard.

Including the bits that didn't work, the trade-offs we made, and the decisions we'd take differently in hindsight.

Value 02

Practitioner respect.

Your senior engineers and architects deserve a peer in the room, not a deck. We talk to them as such.

Value 03

Capability stays with you.

We optimise for "your team can do this without us in six months", not for a retainer that quietly never ends.

Where we work

Based in London. Travel where it counts.

Default remote-first delivery, on-site for the discovery and design work where being in the room together changes the outcome.

If this sounds like a fit, let's talk.

A 30-minute discovery call. We'll find out whether we're the right team for what you're trying to do.
